 Professional Care

Staff in the care home acknowledges that each Resident is a unique individual with differing physical, psychosocial and spiritual requirements. All Residents have the right to considerate, honest and respectful care.

Every resident is treated with respect, dignity, empathy and sensitivity to their individual preferences and choices without prejudice. The independence of every resident is encouraged and his/her autonomy promoted. A key worker is assigned to each resident.

Assessment of needs, care planning, implementation of care interventions and evaluations of outcomes are carried out in partnership and collaboration with the resident, their relatives and other health care professionals. The care interventions are personalised to best meet the needs and preferences of the resident. There is a quality monitoring system in operation and we strive continually to enhance the standard of our care.
